However, it struggled a little when encountering carpets with a longer pile and also several large, thick piles of dried-on debris.
The S1 Pro is ready to start right straight out of the box and it only needs an easy mapping session to discover your home. The map will then be displayed in the app and you can join or add rooms as necessary. You can also set up virtual boundaries areas, no-go zones and no-mop areas if you don't want the robot to touch specific objects.
